The terminology of sales execution sits at the intersection of sales operations, pipeline management, CRM infrastructure, and frontline coaching. Some of these terms are borrowed from sales methodology (deal stage criteria), some from revenue operations (forecast accuracy), and some have emerged from the discipline of building repeatable sales systems (pipeline discipline, CRM hygiene).
